Terms of Service

Books is a month-end helper for a small UK business. These terms are a working draft until Yusuf approves them.

Checkout stays closed until AML supervision for bookkeeping services is registered. The switch is the BOOKS_SALES_ENABLED setting, and the planned opening date is 1 Dec.

Paid plans are subscriptions in GBP, billed by Stripe. There is no free tier and no free trial. The plan limits are shown on the pricing section.

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the billing portal on your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.

You upload bank CSV files to a private store so Books can show a categorised preview. You are responsible for having the right to upload those files.
